Step 1 Basic Requirements

The applicant must be a United States citizen although South Carolina residency is not required. The applicant must be a high school graduate or possess a GED. The applicant must have 20/20 vision or no more that 20/100 vision that has been corrected to 20/20 with glasses or contacts.

The applicant also can not have a suspensions or revocations on their driving record in last 5 years for any alcohol related driving offenses. Step 3 Personal & Background Information
