Both young and old love to eat chicken drumsticks. This recipe is very good when you have little kids because this is very popular to children. If you will serve this recipe to children, you will never have a hard time letting them eat. Most children are picky of what to eat but with chicken drumsticks they will love this. This is very easy to prepare. Here's what you need for this recipe.

1/2 cup regular oats, uncooked
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
dash of garlic powder
8 chicken drumsticks, skinned ( about 1 3/4 pounds)
2 tablespoons honey
fresh parsley sprigs ( optional)

Procedure:

1.  Prepare your electric blender or food processor. Combine the first 6 ingredients. Regular oats, uncooked, grated parmesan cheese, salt,
paprika, pepper and garlic powder. Put in the food processor and top with cover then process until mixture resembles coarse meal.

2.  Brush the chicken drumstick lightly with honey then dredge in oat mixture.   Place the drumsticks  on a rack in a roasting pan.  Then bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn the drumsticks and bake an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden.

3.  When it is done, transfer the drumstick chicken into a big serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley sprigs if desired and serve. This can go with rice or mashed potatoes or whatever food you want to eat with your drumstick chicken. Enjoy.
