These appetizers can be very easy to make and come in very handy the night before a Holiday or an added addition to the Holiday.Â These are good anytime which includes small parties, club meetings or just on a Saturday afternoon or evening in front of a good movie........
What you will need:
1 8 ounce pack of refrigerated biscuits
1/4 pound Pepperoni
1/4 pound of grated Parmesan cheese
About 12 ounces ofÂ Provolone cheese
1 large beaten egg
small cooking brush
Pam Spray for Baking ~or~ Extra Virgin Olive oil
1.)Â GETTING THE BISCUITS READY FOR STUFFING:
At room temperature, flatten each biscuit and put inside each biscuit a piece of provolone cheese and about 4 slices of pepperoni.Â Continue with each biscuit until all have been filled.
2.)Â MAKING IT INTO THE BALL:
Now wrap the biscuits around the stuffings to create a ball.Â Place on a greased pan.
3.)Â MAKING THEM SHINE:
With brush, spread egg mixture on each biscuit and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.Â Bake at 350 degrees until a nice golden brown.Â Let cool a little and serve!
A good recommendation is to also make these on Pillsbury's Grande biscuits, just adjust the stuffings of cheese and pepperoni to more.Â Enjoy!
