To make this yummy Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato meal, You will need the following items:

2 whole Garlic heads

1 tablespoon of Olive or Vegetable Oil

6 medium Baked Potatoes (Peeled and Cubed)

1 Cup plus 2 tablespoons of milk

2 tablespoons of butter or margarine 1

tablespoon of minced fresh rosemary, or 1 teaspoon of crushed, dried rosemary

1 teaspoon of salt

Ā

First, you will need to cut the heads off from the Garlic so that the Cloves are exposed.

Then brush the garlic with your Olive, or Vegetable oil, then wrap in foil.

Bake the garlic at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, *or until the garlic is soft. Then take out the garlic, and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.

Remove the garlic from the skins, and mash. Then set aside, you will use the mashed garlic later.

Place your peeled, cubed potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.

Cover the potatoes with a lid, and let boil and Cook for 20-25 minutes, *or until tender.

You are now ready to drain the water from your potatoes, and add in your milk, butter, rosemary, Salt, and garlic.

Then mash the mixture until it turns light and fluffy.

Serve, Eat, and Enjoy!

Ā

Tips: Be sure to completely drain out the water from the potatoes.

Serve and eat while hot. (Warm potatoes taste better then Cold!)
