Ingredients * 1 cup Buttermilk Powder * 1 cup Honey * 25 drops Tea Tree Oil * 10 drops Peppermint oil * Hot Water Directions * Get out a footbath and pour the buttermilk powder, honey, tea tree oil and peppermint oil directly into it. * Fill the footbath with hot water that is touchable. * Allow the ingredients to dissolve into the water turning it a milky color with a mint aroma that is uplifting. * Time for soaking feet in the honey milk foot soak. How to Use Honey Milk Foot Soak * Place feet into the footbath and soak the feel in the warm milk and honey foot soak for 30 minutes. * Pat feet dry after the foot soak and massage feet with your favorite massage oil to help soften and relax the feet further. * Use homemade honey milk foot soak once a night to help maintain happy healthy feet naturally. Tips * Add a tablespoon of organic olive oil to the foot soak if feet are extra dry and need moisturizing. * Add lavender oil instead of peppermint for a calming foot soak. * Replace buttermilk powder with whole milk, cream, or goats milk when you do not have buttermilk on hand. * Fill the foot bath with warm coconut water instead of regular hot water for a more luxurious foot soak.
