1. As stated before, working out is a must. There is no quick fix or quick diet to get Nicki Minaj's body. It will take patience. For starters, go to the gym with a friend and run on the treadmill. Start off slowly with 30 minutes a day, then work your way up to 1-2 hours. You do not want to overwork yourself.

4. Always intake vegetables. If you are not such a big fan of vegetables, try the vegetable combined with juice drinks in stores that are full of flavor.
5. Avoid eating sweets. Yes, we all love our cookies and cake, but when youâ€™re trying to get Nicki Minaj's body, those foods will have to be limited. Don't deprive yourself of sweets, have a treat every now and then.
6. Consuming alcohol will have to stop. Alcohol has been known to make people gain weight. It's okay to have a drink at the club every now and then, but when you are on your workout plan, stay away from the alcohol.
