How to Make an Easy Chicken Piccata  Ingredients and items needed:  4 chicken breasts ½ cup of flour 2 tablespoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons of butter 1 glass of white wine 2 tablespoons of capers 1 tablespoon of lemon juice A pinch of salt A pinch of pepper Cutting board Plastic wrap Skillet   This dish is quite easy to make and it only takes ten minutes to prepare and between ten to fifteen minutes of cook time and the outcome is a simple and delicious meal. The following recipe makes about 6 to 8 servings depending on your guests hunger.  The first thing to do is to pound the chicken between the two sheets of plastic wrap, starting from the thicker portions of the chicken breasts  Next add a pinch of salt and pepper and dip into the flour  At this point heat the skillet over medium heat for four minutes  Now add the olive oil and one tablespoon of butter  Now sautĂ© the chicken three minutes per side (you can do more than one batch) and remove and place them on a plate  Now add the glass of wine in the skillet and turn the heat to low so it is simmering  Now add the other one tablespoon of butter, the capers and lemon juice rise heat to high for three minutes and then reduce to medium  Replace chicken to the skillet and simmer for five minutes before serving  Â
