The TX600 is an All-in-One printer that is available from Epson. This means that is functions as a fax machine, a printer and a scanner. One problem that you can experience with this printer is when paper becomes jammed inside the unit. A paper jam prevents your scanned image from being printed. To fix this issue you need to clear the paper jam. This needs to be done whenever a sheet of paper becomes jammed in the machine.

Step 1: Press the “OK” button and then the “Power” button, if you are prompted by the printer's LCD screen that there is an paper jam error.

Step 2: Lift up on the top of the printer to raise the scanner unit.

Strep 3: Pull out any paper that appears to be jammed inside the unit. This includes any pieces that may be torn or stuck inside.

Step 4: Lower the top of the printer to close the scanner unit.

Step 5: Remove any paper that is stuck in the rear paper feeder or the output tray.

Step 6: Repeat this process whenever a paper jam occurs when trying to print a document or image you have scanned.

Tips

Reduce the amount of paper that is in the paper tray if more than one sheet is being used by the printer.
