How to Become The World's Best Wife |

Introduction: For those women that aspire to become the world's best wife, the actions and behaviors that are not taken in the relationship are just as important, if not more important, than the deeds that are executed within the marriage. While it is true that the little subtle acts of kindness and affection are appreciated by a husband, there are definitely boundaries that a wife should never cross if she ever hopes to become the world's best wife. Cheap shots at your husband's mother, his favorite sports team and his personal vehicle will just about assure an angry response every time regardless of whether they deserve the insult or not. An intelligent woman can become the world's best wife in the eyes of her husband by adopting the simple motto "it is what it is" in a marital relationship, changing what she can and ignoring acts of male behavior that are due to genetic predisposition and indifference. Step 1: Nothing will eliminate a woman from consideration as the world's best wife faster than by communicating personal information with those outside of the marriage, even if they are family. In 99.999% of marriages a husband does not give a damn what a wife's mother, sister, best friend, Oprah or Dr, Phil have to contribute to the function and purpose of their relationship. In fact, to become the world's best wife necessitates that a woman closely examine why it is that her father always has the look of a man that just consumed a glass of milk that was left in the sun for a week. If mom was such an expert on manly behavior ole' dad would have a little more bounce in his step now, wouldn't he?

... I have been married 20 years and I guess according to this article I am the worlds worst wife. Thing is when my MIL told me that my husband loved her more than me, and I had a sarcastic remark, my husband chose me and we moved 5000 miles away. Now we are happy. I guess this article was not written for an Italian mother-in-law. |
