HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN SALAD WITH RED GRAPES

This is a delicious salad. This is a great recipe for picnics, bbq's, or just a wonderful comfort food. It is EASY to make and does not take hardly any time. Try it the next time you want a simple delicious salad, and its good for you.

 

THING YOU WILL NEED :

 

 2 LARGE CANS OF CHUNK CHICKEN

 2 CELERY RIBS CHOPPED

 2 1/2 TBLSP. CHOPPED ONIONS

2 1/2  CUPS SEEDLESS RED GRAPES CUT IN HALF

1/2 CUP MAYO

1 TBLSP. DJION MUSTARD

 1/2 TSP. PEPPER

SALT TO TASTE

LEMON JUICE TO TASTE

CHOPPED PECANS OR WALNUTS - YOUR CHOICE

 

1.  FIRST OPEN CANS OF CHICKEN AND DRAIN. POUR CHICKEN ITO A MEDIUM BOWL AND FLAKE THE CHICKEN APART. ADD YOUR CHOPPED ONIONS, LEMON JUICE, CHOPPED ONIONS, CHOPPED CELERY AND NUTS IF DESIRED. MI8X THESE ALL TOGETHER WELL.

2. NEXT ADD YOUR MAYO AND DIJION MUSTARD. STIR UNTIL WELL BLENDED. YOU WILL WANT TO FOLD IN THE GRAPES NOW. DO NOT MASH OR STIR TO HARD YOU DONT WANT TO SMASH THE GRAPES.

3. PLACE N THE REFRIGRATOR OR ATLEAST 2 HOURS TO CHILL. WHEN READY TO EAT SEASON WITH SALT TO YOUR TASTE.

THIS WILL STAY GOOD IN THE FRIDGE FOR ABOUT 4 DAYS. HOPE YOU ENJOY. YOU CAN ALSO COOK YOUR OWN BONELESS CHICKEN AND CUT INTO CHUNKS OR SHRED WHATEVER YOU PERFER.
