There's several ways to lose weight without dieting, these are some of the small changes that you can make in order to slim down and live a healthier life without being hungry or gaining more weight, try eating right and being more active.

 

1. Start by eating more fiber or fiber supplements this will promote weight loss by increasing the feelings of fullness and will also help to balance your blood sugar levels.

2.  Eat smaller amounts but eat more frequently, never wait more than five hours between meals, by eating smaller meals throughout the day helps to keep your blood sugar stable and also keeps your metabolism going strong one of my favorite is based soup, this is a good choice, because it fills you up fast and helps hydrate your body.

3. With the high price of gas we should all be walking more, if you don't live to far away from your job why not walk to work?   But if that's not possible, just walk, take the stairs, walk around in your office instead of sending e-mails or text messages, you can burn 100 calories a day by walking at least one mile a day. 

4. Add Calcium to your diet, this has been shown to help reduce abdominal fat, foods that are rich in Calcium are Leafy greens, dairy foods, unsweetened yogurt with live active cultures.

5. Make sure to get plenty of rest so that you won't get so stressed out, take some me time, in other words take time for yourself, if you have family you will have family time but also take some time for yourself you will be amazed at how a little change can free your mind of stress, learn to laugh more and be happy, there's plenty to happy about.

6. Focus on being healthy by eating lean protein, flaxseeds and fish oil, always eat plenty of brightly colored fruits and vegetables and whole grains.

7. Lose weight by making a life change, with eating the right foods and eating at the right time.
