If we all love to style and fix our hair up and caress our hair, that means we wanted to look healthy and beautiful. With all the products we put on our hair can damage our hair and look frizzy lifeless. We all know that sooner or later we start to get those gray hairs. It’s a huge problem when you have jet black hair and even one gray hair comes out it is very noticeable. We start to freak out and start dying our hair but like the article that was mention, all those dyes damage your hair. But there is an alternative to naturally dye your hair and that is with black walnut let us learn how we can make the dye… I recommend that you wear gloves throughout all stages of the process. Collect Black Walnuts when the skin of the walnut is still green. First crush the hulls in a mortar or place whole nuts in a fabric bag, nylon bag. Cover with boiling water with a pinch of salt and let it soak for three days or more. Remove nuts and strain liquid. Heat the liquid until it is warm but not boiling for about 5 hours. Make sure to replace the water if it steams out. Strain off the liquid, place the walnut hulls in a cloth sack, and twist it tightly to wring out all remaining juice. Finally, return the expressed liquid to the pot and reduce it, by boiling, to about a quarter of its original volume. The resulting liquid can then be used to stir up a well done walnut dye. Just add teaspoon of grounds cloves and allow the mixture to steep for about a week in the refrigerator. Shake the mixture every day. After a week strain the liquid with cheesecloth. Now, pour it about 15 times and clean hair and then rinse thoroughly. It is a long process, but it is worthwhile to do this so to keep a healthy beautiful hair. photo by eliteglobalbusiness
