How to make yummy Nacho Dip |

Regardless of being American or not, just about everyone you know loves a good Nacho, even Nacho dip. We all make them different, but they typically taste and look about the same when it comes to the finished product. Some of us like certain things on our Nachos and some of us do not. Below is a recipe that I love to make just about any time of the year or day for that matter. Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 package taco seasoning 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped 1 small can sliced black olives ( I do not use these all the time) 1 can refried beans 1 jar of medium to hot salsa (whatever you prefer) 1 16 oz. sour cream 1/2 cup green onion or sliced jalapenos Directions: Brown the ground beef and drain. Mix in the taco seasoning. Mix in the refried beans. Keep mixing all the ingredients until the have formed a paste like mixture. Mix in the salsa. Spread this mixture into a large serving dish and chill for one hour in the refrigerator. Remove and top with the sour cream and cheddar cheese. Open and drain the black olives. Top with the black olives, tomatoes and green onions. Simply serve this up with some nacho chips of your choice and you are done! The best thing about this recipe is that there is no baking involved at all!
