Everyone loves a fresh slice of homemade bread fresh bread from the oven. No one really wants to take the time to make it on their own though. Here is a recipe that seems to the easiest to make when it comes to making bread fresh from the oven at my home. I simply do not have enough time to spend hours making bread, so maybe this will help all those cooks out there that want homemade tastes with out all the hassle and work.

In order to make the homemade bread, you are going to have to start out by mixing together 1/2 cup boiled water and 2 packages yeast.

Then mix together in a separate bowl 1 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 tbsp shortening, and 1 cup cold water.

Pour all of this into one bowl and add 7 cups of flour.  Knead the ixture to begin to form a smooth dough.  Be sure not to use any more flour than you need to when it comes to the kneading.  After you have completed to the first knead, pack the dough down and do it again, using grease and no flour at all.  Grease your pans and punch the dough down into the pans to allow to raise again.  Preheat your oven and bake at 425 degrees for a full 15 minutes or until bread begins to turn golden brown on top.

This does require the process of raising and kneading so, for some busy cookers, it may not be an idea. This is one of the simplest recipes for fresh homemade bread that I have ever been able to do myself.  You can experiement with the recipe adding or taking away certain ingredients to get the bread exactly the way you want it.

Once the bread is done, remove it from the oven to cool, but brush with some butter so it will have an even better taste when eating.
