Here a great way to eat you apricots… Yummy Apricot Dessert 1 quart apricot nectar 2 packages apricot flavored gelatin mix 1 pint sour cream 1 (can apricot halves, drained and chopped 1 tub frozen whipped topping, thawed Pour the apricot nectar into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin mix until completely dissolved. Mix in sour cream until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl, and stir in the apricots. Chill until set, about 3 hours. Top with whipped topping just before serving and enjoy!  Â
