grapes Grapes are a small round or oval fruit, some grapes are seedless. Grapes is a rich source of flavonoids , this gives the vibrant purplish color to grapes , grape juice and red wine, the stronger the color, the higher the flavonoid content.

Grapes are an excellent source of vitamins to protect our heart. Also a great way to reduce cholesterol is by including grape in our diet. Eating grapes may prevent the accumulation of harmful oxidizing in our body.

Grapes have antioxidant properties that can protect us from cancer and degenerative nerves system disease. Grapes is also can protect from Alzheimer disease. Vitamins C are a great source that we need for our body especially during the flu season.

So why not include grapes in our diet so we can benefit the full potential of vitamin C. Always make sure when pick the grapes at the store that they are fresh and before eating wash your grapes so to rid any pesticides. Now that we know a little about the grape, here is a simple recipe on grapes…

White Grape and Lemon Shake

1 cup of deseeded white grapes

16 oz of carbonated mineral water

2 tablespoon of frozen natural yogurt

11/2 tablespoon of frozen concentrated lemon juice

Put all the ingredients inside the blender and have them mixed very well until you see that shat structure. Serve and decorate with whole grapes inside your shake. Enjoy!
