Finger size pizza is a great appetizer that everyone can enjoy.  This article explains how to make this snack for your New Years party.

You will need the following.  Italian bread, bulk pork sausage, Velveeta cheese and green or black olives.

Step One;  Brown your bulk sausage in a skillet.  Make sure it is well done.  Then, drain it.  Avoid excess grease.

Step Two;  Slice your Italian bread into small slices about 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch wide.  Set it aside.

Step Three;  Melt your Velveeta cheese in a sauce pan.

Step Four;  Mix the brown sausage and melted Velveeta cheese together.

Step Four;  Spread the mixture on to your slices of Italian bread.  Place them on to a cookie sheet.  There should be at least 1/2 inch between them on the cookie sheet.

Step Five;  Place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.  You can chill overnight, too.

Step Six;  Cut your olives in half and place them in the refrigerator in a bowl.

Step Seven:  Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Place your cookie sheets inside.  They will bake for about 15-16 minutes.

Step Eight;  After the bread is toasted from being in the oven, place a half of an olive in the center of each one.  The melted cheese will hold it in place.

Step Nine;  Set it aside to cool and harden the cheese.

Step Ten;  Serve warm or at room temperature.

These baby pizzas will be eaten quickly.  Note;  The quality of the pork sausage is what makes this appetizer special.
