How to Get Referrals Easily (New Method)

Many writing websites like Triond and Bukisa allow us to make money from our referrals. Of course, that seems like a good news. But we must remember that getting referrals especially through forums and emails is not an easy task, for some people see such attempts of ours as spamming. Moreover, many who write online are already members of such websites. Under such circumstances, it is important that we step outside our comfort zone and attract strangers towards our referral links. But how? For this, just follow the instructions given below.

Step 1: Open your Microsoft Word Document and write down your advertisement.  You can basically use any font size, but make sure it is not too large. Otherwise, you will not be able to include details in your advertisement. Use catchy headers like “Be self-employed”, “Make money by sharing anything you know under the sun” or “Make money in your free time”. For details section, mention minimum age requirement, whether there is a fee to join, the content that can be published, your referral link and so on. Make sure that you avoid the temptation to follow the style of newspaper and magazine advertisements, for you are not in a mission to sell a consumer product.

Step2: Next, make as many print outs as possible of your advertisement.

Step 3: By using Yahoo Yellow page, find stores of ethnic products. Some good examples can be Middle Eastern, Indian, Mexican and Chinese. But remember, they must be small stores.

Step 4: Call the managers of these stores to ask them if they allow individuals to keep their business posters in their buildings for promotional purpose. Do remember to let them know that you have no affiliation with any commercial businesses.

Step 5: After you receive a yes as answer, go to their stores. Be polite to the managers and if needed do buy something. Then simply post your advertisement on their wall or leave some of its copies in the place where you will see many announcement posters of other people.

Step6: Last, just stay patient. Within two or three weeks, you will see new people joining the websites by using your referral link.

Tips and Warning:

*You can also post your advertisements at ethnic restaurants by following these same steps.

*Credibility of the advertisement is the most important factor. So be honest about what you write.

*When you create your advertisement avoid the temptation to follow the style of newspaper and magazine advertisements, for you are not in a mission to sell a consumer product.

*Do not use yellow or red as your font colors, for while red is said to be the color of scammers, yellow does not have energy to grab anyone’s attention.
