How to Make a Banana-vanilla Chai Smoothie

Here is an alternative to a coffee shop smoothie, and it is a great snack drink as it fills you up and has a lot of healthy properties such as anti-oxidants, potassium and fiber. I myself am not a big fan of the banana as a fruit but mixed up this way, I actually enjoy the wonderful taste of the smoothie. This recipe makes two servings.

Things You'll Need: 1 banana chai tea ice-tray blender milk (1 cup) vanilla honey powdered cinnamon 1

The first is to place the chai tea in an ice tray and put in the freezer so they will becime chai iced cubes.

Then the following step is to slice the banana into small slices and put in the blender.

Then add the iced chai tea cubes in the blender, and add also the whole cup of low fat milk, the teaspoon of vanilla, the honey, and a splash of powdered cinnamon.

At this point blend it until you see it more consistent and not watery and serve to you and your guests.
