How to Make Jalapeno Popper Dip

If you are a fan of Jalapeno Poppers, you will love this dip! This dip is for those of you who like spicy foods, ingredients you need are cream cheese, mayonnaise, green chilies, canned jalapenos, Mexican style cheese, mozzarella cheese, panko crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Serve with French bread, fresh vegetables, tortilla chips cracker or whatever you desire!

Ingredients needed for Jalapeno Popper Dip:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1-4 ounce can chopped green chilies, drained
4 ounces canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained
1/2 cup Mexican style cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup panko crumbs, Japanese bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Directions for making Jalapeno Popper Dip:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Spray an oven safe serving dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 3: In a medium size bowl; using an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Step 4: Stir in green chilies, jalapeno peppers, and Mexican and mozzarella cheeses.
Step 5: Spoon the cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Step 6: Mix together the panko crumbs and parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the cream cheese mixture.
Step 7: Spray the panko crumbs and parmesan with a quick spray of non-stick cooking spray.
Step 8: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and the topping is lightly browned.

To make this dip in a flash, skip the panko crumbs and Parmesan topping and simply microwave the cream cheese mixture until hot and bubbly.
Serve Jalapeno Popper Dip with, French bread, fresh vegetables, tortilla chips, crackers or anything you like with cheese.
If you like really spicy add more jalapeno peppers.

Be careful when eating the mixture, it is very hot and will burn your mouth.
