Go go a walk or any type of exercise. This will increase your blood flow in your body andÂ make your body feel alive and also its healthy for you to get activity everyday.
Make change!! Sometime the same old routine can become boring and that make you feel tired and lifeless. Make plans to get away, spend your lunch doing some thing that you usually don't do. Mix it up you will be amazed at what it does for you.
Above all enjoy your life. Spend time with friend, family. People that make you laugh it is known that if your are around people that make you laugh you actually are a happier person, more active, less tired and live longer. So spend time doing what you love with the people that love you.
