YOU WILL NEED:

canned pure pumpkin
1. Crumble 1 1/2 cups graham crackers add 1 tbsp sugar and 5 tbsp sugar mix. Press into bottom of spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
2. Beat 3 pkgs cream-cheese, 1cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla, Â mix until smooth. Add 3 eggs, 1 cup pumpkin, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp allspice. Beat just until combined.
3.Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until center is almost set. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edges of pan to loosen. Cool 1 hour longer then refrigerate until completely cool. If you leave your cheesecake in the fridge for atleast 24 hour it will increase the flavor of the cheesecake.
