There are so many different ways that one can choose to house break their dog. And of course there is always going to the dog that refuses to what their owner is asking of them. One of the most popular ways to house break a dog is referred to as leashing. This is a process that can be pretty hard for some pet owners, but it definitely works better than most methods.

To start this house breaking method, you are going to have to make sure you have a leash that cane be used at all times. You are going to have connect the leash to dog inside the home and keep both the dog and the leash with you at all times. It is important to never let the dog get out of your sight at any times kind of like making him your shadow.

There is going to be times when the pet does try to use the potty inside, but you must make sure you stop it in time. Make sure to take the pet outside immediately so it can get the gist of what is going on. When the pet tries again, do the same actions again. When your dog does potty outside, praise it for such a good job.

At night, make sure to place your pet in a crate or some kind of holder. You do not want your pet to be able to get our your sight and roam where ever it wants. Placing your pet in crate will help it to learn that it does not want to sleep in its own waist.

This is a process that works over time and should be done until the dog understands fully what is going on. As the dog learns what is going on, extend the periods of time that the dog is not leashed. It can around 4 to 6 weeks for your pet to fully understand what is going on. The house breaking cycle is one that tends to work the best and has been used by many different pet owners all over the world!
