I love, love, love CHOCOLATE!!!! So I thought I would share a recipe with you that I love to make!

Brownies just cannot get any better to me. Serving them hot from the oven with a nice scoop of vanilla bean ice cream just hits the spot! This is a recipe for a fudge brownie pie that will just knock your socks off!

Ingredients:

1 9in pie crust (unbaked)

1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup biscuit baking mix

¼ cup of margarine

2 eggs

1tsp vanilla

1 cup chopped nuts

¼ cup margarine

1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

 Instructions:

You will start by preheating the oven to 375º and baking the pie shell for 8 minutes. Remove the pie shell from the oven and then set the oven to a small degree setting of 325º. In a saucepan, melt the chips and the margarine together.

In a different bowl, mix the chocolate mixture from the sauce with the remaining ingredients from above. Add nuts if you like, if not you can omit them. Pour this mixture into the pie shell and bake for 40-45 minutes until the middle of the pie is set. You simply serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or eat the pie alone.

Tom really it give it that chocolate exposion, try adding a tsp of chocolate syrup of chocolate topping! Serve it over the ice cream and the brownies and you will have a hit!
