How to Make Sugar Pie

If you have a sweet tooth that can't be satisfied then you MUST try this pie! But watch out... the sugar rush will be intense! This is actually a great pie to bring to a gathering because it serves many. A sliver is all most people can handle!

Ingredients to make sugar pie:
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3 tablespoons cream or milk
1 tablespoon butter

Step 1:  Mix the sugar and cream in a small bowl. You can use milk but cream makes it more rich. But don't worry if you don't want to spend on cream. You can opt to use milk to save money.

Step2:  Put the mixture in the pie crust. I use the ready-made pie crusts that you can buy at the store. They are usually kept near the milk or butter.

Step3:  Dot the pie with bits of butter. I suggest you use real butter and not margarine. But if all you have is margarine that's fine. You can use it. Butter just gives it much more flavor.

Step4:  Bake the pie at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Let it cool completely before cutting and serving. You can top it off with whipped cream or serve with ice cream if you like. And get ready for the sugar rush!
