Things You'll Need:
4 chicken breasts; 1 cup of bread crumbs; 1 beer can (preferably light beer); 3 lemons; ½ cup of chopped carrots; ½ chopped onion; 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Take the chicken breasts and make sure that they are defrosted and cut them into slices and then take the pieces and roll them onto the bread crumbs; if they do not stick do not worry about it, and chop the carrots and the onion.
In a large skillet add the olive oil, the carrots and onions and let sauté for three minutes on low heat.
Then add the chicken breasts cut into pieces and cover with the remaining bread crumbs and continue to cook on low for another three minutes, and in the meantime squeeze the juice from one lemon.
Turn up to the heat to medium and slowly add the beer, and continue to cook for ten minutes and then add the sliced remaining lemons and if there is more of the juice from the first one.
Continue to slowly add the beer until the chicken is completely cooked which can be between twenty to thirty minutes, turn off heat and serve.
