 You should have on each page of your site a link to your home page. You should make sure every link is the same.  It is important that your website have new, unique, and quality content that you write on a regular basis.

Make sure you include a keyword phrase within the body of the content. People are likely to input a phrase instead of a single word when conducting internet searches especially for products and services.

 You can also start a blog with links to your site. Search engine spiders are always looking for fresh content which is good for search engine optimization. Use your blogging as an advertising tool and link back to your website with your posts and articles.

 You should build back links to your website this is important to your success. Make sure to use key word phrases in the link not "click here" and put it into the content. If you use an image put key words in the image to like to your page.

 You can get higher rankings in search engines by having a high ranked site place your link in a post or there links page. You can use the add page forms on Google, Msn and Yahoo it takes some time but can be worth it to get indexed.

 You should not be overly concerned with Google page rank of your website. If your site is properly developed and contains good content and no broken links it can outrank a website with higher page rank.
