Intro:  You'll love this simple recipe to make some remarkable fudge.

Step 1:  Gather your ingredients.  You will need a 13x9 inch baking pan, 3 quart sauce pan, candy thermometer,  tin foil, 4 cups sugar, 1 1/2 cups of evaporated milk, 1 cup margarine or butter, a 12 ounce package (about 2 cups) of semisweet chocolate pieces, a 7 ounce jar of marshmallow creme, 1 cup chopped walnuts (if desired) and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Step 2:  Cover the baking pan with tin foil, allowing the foil to extend over the edges of the pan.

Step 3:  Butter the foil and the edges of the sauce pan.

Step 4:  Combine sugar, milk and margarine in the saucepan.

Step 5:  Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring often.

Step 6:  Clip your candy thermometer to the side of the pan and allow mixture to cook to 236 degrees, which should be approximately 12 minutes.

Step 7:  Remove saucepan from heat and remove the thermometer from the saucepan.

Step 8:  Add in the chocolate pieces, marshmallow creme nuts and vanilla.  Stir the mixture until the chocolate melts.

Step 9:  Pour mixture into the baking pan and score it into squares while it is still warm.

Step 10:  Allow it to sit until it is firm and then cut into squares.  This is enough to make 96 squares or approximately 3 1/2 pounds.

Step 11:  Store in your refrigerator until ready to eat.

Step 12:  Serve and Enjoy!!
