How to Save Tons of Money With Coupons

This is your easy how to guide on how to save tons of money useing coupons. Did you know that shoppers saved over three billion dollars last year useing coupons alone? This article is your quick how to on stretching your familys ever meaningful dollar.

Step 1)  Every week before you go shopping write a list of the things you want to buy. Did you know 70% of what we buy is impulse after we are already in the store?  To save a little extra grab store adds and compare sale prices.

Step 2) This is when you can start clipping or printing the coupons you need. Now get coupons of different brands, but only products you will use. This way at the store if a different brand is on sale you will be prepared. Make sure you get the coupons of things you will need, even if you don't need it now. This may come in handy if when you get to the store they have papertowels on sale. You may not need them now but with the sale and the coupon you can get them cheaper than when you do need them. Keep your coupons organized in a small file folder.

Step 3) Find out if the store offers double coupons. Some stores have special days for double coupons. Always try to accumulate your saveings. Try to catch items on sale and use coupons. Some stores also have clubs and memberships to help you stretch your dollar. Make sure coupons are really worth it though. Compare the generics with the reduced name brand product. Sometimes the generic is still cheaper. If you don't mind a few generics here and there it's an easy way to save some money.

Tip) Don't get overwhelmed this is something that may take time to get use to, but after you do you will enjoy reep the rewards. The best fealing is watching a one hundred dollar grocery bill turn into a fifty dollar grocery bill.

Warning) Never get lured into things just because you have a coupon, make sure it's something you need. Remember the goal is to save money not buy things you didn't intend to just because you can save a dollar.
