First, to keep your appendix healthy, cleanse your body of toxins. Your body's toxins may be affecting the health of all of your organs, including your appendix. Next, to keep your appendix healthy, eat plenty of fiber. Not only is fiber good for most organs, it may help your appendix health as well.

This includes keeping your blood pressure low, and avoiding high cholesterol, which can build up and harden your arteries and make it harder for your blood to flow naturally, which can in turn injure your appendix, causing your appendix to rupture.
