So...You've been in your bosses office to speak your mind about some issue that is bothering you, but you feel like it goes in one ear and out the other. Well here is what you can do that might help.
If you work in a company that has a human resources department, then call your employees relation manager.
Set up a meeting with them to go over what you feel is wrong. keep it simple on the phone. Make a list of what you need to discuss, don't get your emotions involved. Stick to the facts and make sure you have your facts straight.
Present yourself the day of your meeting in a professional manner. Don't' get angry or upset at your meeting. ask the employee relations manager how they can help you.
More than likely they will take notes, take them back to your manager or boss and act as a middle man. You may also end up having a meeting with your boss and the employee relations manager. This may help you work out your differences. It's better to voice your opinion (within reason) if you feel like you are being mistreated, than to keep that negativity inside where it does no good, and your problem still continues. If all else fails, at least you spoke your mind.
Maybe it will make a difference and maybe you will be looking for a new job. If your job is that stressful, then maybe you need to move on.
