How to Make Lemonade Pie

Don't you just love the sound of this recipe? Lemonade pie! Sounds like a winner for any summer gathering. But it's actually good any time of the year! This recipe is enough to make 2 pies so be prepared to share!  Lemonade Pie is great if you serve it with a scoop of sherbet. Or you can just enjoy it as is! You can also try it with other flavor frozen juices... it works with all of them!

Ingredient List:
1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 16 oz tub of Cool Whip
1 6 oz can of frozen lemonade
2 ready-made graham cracker pie crusts

Step 1:  Put the can of sweetened condensed milk, the frozen cool whip and the can of frozen lemonade in a bowl.

Step 2:  Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until it is blended then mix on high speed until the mixture is frothy.

Step 3:  Spoon the mixture into the 2 graham pie crusts.

Step 4:  Chill the pies in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Keep them refrigerated until you are ready to serve them.
