How to Make Pudding Paint

This is a craft recipe to make pudding paint. Pudding paint is an edible paint that kids can use to create fun art work. And they can eat it too! Pudding paint can be used with a paint brush or it can also be used as a finger paint. Pudding paint is easy to make and you kids will love painting with this edible paint.

Step 1:  Gather the following ingredients to make pudding paint: 1 large package of vanilla instant pudding (3.4 ounce
package), 2 cups of ice cold water, and food coloring.

Step 2:  Empty the package of instant pudding into a bowl.

Step 3:  Add the ice cold water to the dry instant pudding and stir with a whisk for 2 minutes.

Step 4:  Refrigerate the pudding for 5 minutes.

Step 5:  Remove the pudding from the refrigerator and divide into small bowls or muffin tins (you could also use an ice cube tray).

Step 6:  Add 5 to 7 drops of food coloring to each portion of pudding and mix well.

Step 7:  Start painting! You can paint on any paper or on glossy paper. Store any unused pudding paint in the refrigerator or eat it up instead!
