Losing belly fat takes a lot of commitment and a very good diet. You may even need to go see a nutritionist to make sure your getting all the right kind of foods you need. There are actually some nutrients that help break down belly fat. Eaten around the same time they seem to target the abs.

Of course to flatten the belly after the belly fat is gone you will need a good exercise program. A good health club with the right trainers would be a good decision. Putting all these things together you could actually get in the best shape you have ever been in.

1. Get at least 25 grams of fiber each day will help the body lose weight and a good amount will be in the belly area. Eat extra fiber every chance you get. Fiber helps the body fight off fat calories in the foods we eat. Fiber can also lower blood sugar levels.

2. Take in extra vitamin-d than normal. Get at least 3,000 iv between food and supplements to make up for this much.

3. Get around 3 servings of calcium every day. Calcium burns off fat that’s around your abs.

4. Take in at least 2 servings a day of omega-3. There are several ways to get this such as salmon, walnuts or fish oil supplement.

Tip: It takes lots of things to keep us healthy, just know the more belly fat we have on our stomachs the more dangers we are to have heart disease.
