Healthy skin is beautiful skin. If you take the following steps you will look radiant at any age.

1. Get a good nights sleep

The most important thing you can do to improve your skin is to get enoughsleep. at least seven to eight hours of sleep a night,

2. Eat healthy

eat foods that are high in vitamins C and E and lycopene, such as citrus fruits, chard, sunflower seeds, and tomatoes. These antioxidant-rich foods destroy free radicals, which can harm skin’s collagen and elastin.

3. Drink water

If your drinking an adequate amount of water each day, your body will be able to provide your skin with enough water not only to hydrate it, but to bring important nutrients to it so that it looks beautiful and healthy.

4. Regular exercise

Exercise improves circulation, ensuring the optimal flow of blood and nutrients to the skin, which gives you a radiant glow.

5. Moisturize

Apply moisturizer to dry areas of skin after showering and before bedtime.

6. Protect skin from the elements

Wear sunglasses and use sun screen.
