Spring Training has finally arrived.  Pitchers and catchers will begin reporting, for teams, between February 17-19.  regular position players will report between February 22-26.

Many times, individuals have trouble keeping track of when, where games are played and who is being cut or added. This article will give you some helpful hints on how to keep track of what is going on with your favorite team.

1.  Team web sites.  Each team has a web site.  They are in constant change each day of the week.  However, they do a good job of keeping you up to date.  You can find your team at mlb.com.

2.  Your local news station has a web site that has a sports section.  News stations are very good at keeping everything update for the home team.

3.  Newspapers try to keep up on a daily basis.  However, they can run up to 48 hours behind schedule.  This is because their rely on their reporters to get them updates, before the paper goes to press.

4.  Radio sport stations are slow on reporting, too.  This is because they cover so many other sports.  Since baseball is not in full season yet, many times they get put off and reported on later.

5.  Springtrainingonline.com is a great web site.  They even let you know what Spring League your home team plays in.  Keep in mind some teams are in Florida and some or in Arizona.

The avid baseball fan wants to keep up on their home team. The above five places will help you do just that.  The first Spring Training games will begin around March 3.  Play Ball!!
