Info:

This is an easy thing to do to help ice proof car windows. This works because the vinegar in the mixture contains an acid that lowers the freezing point of water so it acts as a protective layer against the ice and frost that tends to build up on very cold nights.

Just make sure you have a spray bottle ready and ice and frost that tends to build up on very cold nights. Just make sure you have a spray bottle ready and the ice no the windows will be a lot to deal with than using one of those scrapers that are never where they should be!

Things you will need:

spray bottle

vinegar

water

Step 1:

To ice proof car windows you should start with an empty spray bottle. Make sure there are not other chemicals or chemical residue in the bottle.

Step 2

Now you will fill the bottle two thirds of the way full with regular white vinegar.

Step 3

Next add one third of water to the bottle.

Step 4

Attach the spray nozzle to the bottle and gently shake to mix the water and vinegar mixture.

Step 5

Now you will need to spray the mixture on your car windowĀ  the night before the frost is expected. Make sure to completely cover the window with the mixture to ice proof the car windows.

Step 6

If you forgot to spray the mixture to the windows the night before or wake up to frozen windows you can spray the mixture to the already frozen car and watch the ice melt away.
