sweaty hands

Do your palms sweat? Do they sweat even more when you know you are about to shake hands with someone? You can put a stop to sweaty hands with tea... and not by drinking it! All you have to do is soak them in tea.

Things You'll Need:
tea bags
hot water
bowl big enough to soak your hands in

Step 1:  Toss two tea bags into a bowl and add hot water. You do not have to boil the water. Hot water from the tap is fine. Let the tea steep for a few minutes. Any kind of tea will do.

Step 2:  Put your hands in the bowl and soak for at least one minute. Make sure the water is not too hot! Squeeze a tea bag in each hand while you are soaking them.

Step 3:  When you are done soaking wipe your hands (do not wash them) and you are ready to shake hands for several hours without getting sweaty palms. The tea contains tannins which help restore your skin's pH balance to control nervous sweating. Works for sweaty feet too.
