Things You'll Need: 2 pound cream cheese 2 larges eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup sour cream 1 9 ounce graham cracker crust 1 large mixing bowl 1 mixer 1 large mixing spoon OPTIONAL: favorite topping Step 1 Preheat oven 400 degrees Step 2 In the meantime, beat together cream cheese and sugar in bowl until smooth and light. Step 3 Next, beat in eggs, vanilla, and cornstarch Step 4 Next, stir in sour cream and mix well Step 5 Finally, pour mixture into 9 inch graham cracker crust and bake for 45 minutes Step 6
Allow cake to cool in oven with the door propped slightly open for 2-3 hours. Remove from oven and chill
