Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts. There is nothing like a mouth-watering cheesecake. And you can add your favorite topping to bring out the taste even more so. I prefer either strawberry or cherry topping on mine. If you are a cheesecake lover, you must try this recipe. First, it’s rather simple to make. Second, this recipe requires only a few ingredients. And last, you owe it to yourself! So just follow my instructions for this simple recipe and treat yourself to the best mouth-watering cheesecake around.

Things You'll Need:

2 pound cream cheese 2 larges eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup sour cream 1 9 ounce graham cracker crust 1 large mixing bowl 1 mixer 1 large mixing spoon OPTIONAL: favorite topping

Step 1

Preheat oven 400 degrees

Step 2

In the meantime, beat together cream cheese and sugar in bowl until smooth and light.

Step 3

Next, beat in eggs, vanilla, and cornstarch

Step 4

Next, stir in sour cream and mix well

Step 5

Finally, pour mixture into 9 inch graham cracker crust and bake for 45 minutes

Step 6

Allow cake to cool in oven with the door propped slightly open for 2-3 hours. Remove from oven and chill
