2. Without bending your knees, lean forward and place your hands flat on the top of and at the edge of the counter.

3. Hold your back completely straight with your stomach muscles tight and held in.
Don't tighten your buttocks or any other part of your body, just your stomach.
4. Next straighten your arms completely, returning to the original position
immediately lower your body back toward the counter again. Keep your arms working together so the weight of your body is evenly distributed on your arms.
