How to Remove Email Account on iPhone

Are you tired of getting email notifications to your IPhone? Are you switching email accounts or getting a new phone and need to remove your old email account from your IPhone? If you are needing to remove your email account from your IPhone this is the how to you are looking for!

Things you will need:

- Iphone

- Email account set up on your Iphone.

Step 1:

Make sure you Iphone is powered on then select the settings app icon to be taken to the settings screen.

Step 2

On the bottom of the setting screen you will see your mail icon followed by mail, contacts, calendars. Press this button to go to the accounts screen.

Step 3

on the accounts screen click on the email address associated with the email account you would like to remove from your Iphone.

Step 4

From here you can either use the button beside the account section to OFF, this will simply keep emails from going through your IPhone, or scroll to the bottom of the page and select the delete account button in red

Step 5

You will be asked to confirm that you would like to delete your account. To confirm simply press on the Delete Account button in red.

Step 6

Your email account is now removed from your IPhone!
