how to save money on blu raySince Blu Ray has appeared on the market, DVDs have dropped in price. But the price of Blu Ray movies has stayed about the same. Here are a few ways to save money on Blu Ray movies.

Step 1

Ebay and Amazon.

Both of these websites you can find Blu Ray movies for much cheaper than they would be at a retail store. Not all of them can be found for a better price, but the majority can.

So start out by searching these websites for the best deal available. Because there is more than one user selling them, they can be bought at different prices. So make sure you have found the cheapest price available and also found a reputable seller.

Step 2

Use a money back website.

There are many free, cash back websites that you can choose from. One of the well known ones is ebates. Websites such as this one allow you to purchase an item and receive cash back a few days later.

So if you have found a good deal on some Blu Ray movies and would like an even better deal, check with these websites. They may offer a percentage back on one of the websites you are planning to use.

Step 3

Local pawn shops.

Since Blu Ray movies have been out for a short period of time, some people may have decided to sell theirs. So check at local pawn shops to see if there are any good Blu Ray movies available. While they might be used, they should be much cheaper.

Most cities have more than one pawn shop, so spend some time visiting each one of them. Then you will be able to purchase the Blu Ray movie at the best price.
