Black Friday is the biggest holiday shopping day of the year. The day, after Thanksgiving, has lots of sales to attract buyers above their competitors. This article is a tutorial on how to cover five stores at one time, to get the best deals. Step 1. Make out two lists. One list is your item list and where they can be bought. List number two is your budget for the items that you want. How much can you spend for each item? Step 2. Research before Thanksgiving. Do shopping without buying. Talk to the people at the stores to see, when and if, the item you are looking at will be on sale. Many stores run very early morning sales. Make a note of times and sale prices. Step 3. Look for coupons in newspapers and magazines. Again, find out from the store in advance, where you can find the coupon. Make a phone call to the store ahead of time. Step 4. Call four good friends. Tell them to make out a list and do the same thing. Try to arrange the stores, so that each of you only have one store to go to. Agree to shop for them, if they shop for you. Step 5. Pay by cash if possible. You can't let somebody else use your credit card or write a check that is in your name. Keep the receipts for your friends. If you use your own money, you will be glad that you did. Step 6. Use your cellphone to call or test your friends on updates and better deals. This is important to stay up to date. Step 7. Meet after all the shopping and exchange items, receipts and monies. You can shop in five places at one time and get good deals on sales. It just takes good planning and forethought.
