How to Reduce Wrinkles

Do you have unsightly wrinkles starting to appear on your face and you want to reduce them. Try some of the following tips to reduce wrinkles and look five to ten years younger.

1. Add omega 3 to your diet along with a healthy diet of vegetables and fruit rich in antioxidants. Soy is also helpful in fighting against aging skin.

2. Evaluate your skin and determine what skincare issues need to be addressed and which is most important. Recognize your anti-aging goals and limitations before you embark on to reducing wrinkles.

3. Reduce wrinkles by limiting or avoiding nicotine, caffeine and alcohol. Limit exposure to the sun and always wear sunscreen (SPF 15 or more) on your face and neck. Make an appointment with a dermatologist for further evaluation.
