How to Cook a Ham with Pepsi

Cooking with Pepsi is the easiest way to make a great tasting ham. Using Pepsi may sound like a weird recipe but the recipe has been served to many different guests. All of the guest have enjoyed the ham and have been surprised when they learn about the recipe. Pepsi is the secret and I want to share the recipe with everyone.

Preheat oven to 325.
You can change the temperature of the oven to go with other food but the cooking time will vary. When you change the temperature of the oven, you will need to check the ham for dryness. Should dryness start to occur before the ham is done add some water.

Pepsi

Remove the ham from it's packaging. Put the ham in the baking pan. The baking pan should be large enough to cover the ham. Pour the can of Pepsi over the ham. Pepsi is highly suggested Pepsi as the other brands don't have the same flavor. Place the lid on the pan. If you do not have a lid for the pan, cover the pan with tinfoil.

Cook 15-20 min. per pound of ham.
4 pound ham would cook for an hour to an hour and twenty min.
5 pound ham would cook for an hour & fifteen min to hour & forty five min
