How To Start Writing

Writing, is something that i think almost anyone could do, if they simply wanted to take the time; and make the effort to get started.

A simple subject is often a good place to start. Normally, you would choose a subject that you are familiar with, or have studied. If you don't know about something, and are willling to learn about it, then you could still qualify to write about that topic.

My point is, if you are going to write about something, choose something that you are interested in, or something that you like; something that you want to know more about. The topic will be of more interest to you; you will learn more about it. When you have done the research, studied on the topic, and are able to discuss the topic, then you are ready to write about it.

Writing can be easy, if it's something that you have come to enjoy. For instance, i liked learning how to feed dogs from my kitchen, so it netted me a book "Feed Your Dog" which can be found at Publish America or on Amazon.

Learning a topic is always best, before starting to write. Recipes are a favorite of mine, since i do like to eat. But, the recipes are more than that, i have learned that recipes placed properly, and formatted properly can net you a nice income. I also have several cookbooks available online which can be found on Lulu.com, simply type in Shirley Billingsley in the author spot to find my books that are available.
