Just try eating it and do not smoke. Step 2 Focus on what you are doing You must get up early every morning and be determined not to smoke. You will feel the difference when you eat the eggplant. You can eat a portion at breakfast; lunch and dinner. Try to set a schedule for yourself when you want to consume and how much. You have to see how your body works when you consume the food.
