Are you looking for help to prevent your grill from flaring up? Are you buying a grill and want to keep your grill from flaring up? Here are tips to help prevent your grill from flaring up.

Try to keep the inside of the grill clean. When you grill food, fat and oil releases into the grill and causes flare ups. Over time, this fat and oil builds and can cause flare ups at any time.

Try to burn off your grill every other time you use it. When you have finished grilling your food, keep the grill burning to burn off anything that remains.

Keep the heat distribution plate clean on a gas grill. The heat distribution plate has the flames under it, so if you have anything on your heat distribution plate, it could flare up at anytime.

Wash the inside of your grill twice a year. This will help keep the build up down and manageable.
