This task is not very hard to do and after your finished putting the sealer on it will make your driveway look new again.
If you are not sure what type broom to use to apply the sealer with just ask some one at the home improvement store that works in that department.

Step 1

First decide what type sealer you want to put down and see how much area the 5 gallon can will cover and decide how many cans you will need to cover your driveway.
My driveway took 6 five gallon cans.
You will also need to buy a flat broom with a rubber strip attached on top
Before you begin take a blower and blow off your driveway and then take broom and sweep off any lose black top or dirt.

Step 2

Next take one five gallon bucket and remove lid you will need s screwdriver or something to break the seal around the top
Slowly remove the top and set the top somewhere off to the side
Take a long sturdy stick and stir the mixture for two or three minutes.
Next the easiest way to apply the mixture to your driveway is to grab the medal handle and tip the 5 gallon bucket over and allow about half of the mixture to come out then put the bucket on a untreated part of the driveway

Step 3

Next take your broom with the rubber and use the rubber side to apply the mixture to your driveway
There is no set way to apply mixture. I tried Appling the mixture like I was painting a wall
Apply mixture slowly and equally so that it has time to fill in any cracks or small holes.
This mixture is not designed to fill big holes.
After finished with completely covering the entire driveway let dry for at least two complete days before driving on it.
