How to Remove Green AV - Green Antivirus Remove

Intro: You may have seen Green AV 2009 (Green Antivirus 2009) online lately but it is a FAKE software that will infect your computer. This program claims to be an antivirus program which cleans up your computer. Green AV 2009 also claims that they donate two dollars to nature for every product sold which is also a lie. Here's how to remove the virus!

Step 1: End the process. Press Start and R at the same time. Now enter in "taskmgr" and hit enter. From here, you need to find the program called "GreenAV2009.exe" and "gave.exe"

Select them both and hit "End Process"

Step 2: After you finish that step, you hit Start and R again at the same time. Now type "regedit" and hit enter. Now look for this “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstallGreen Antivirus 2009″

Once you locate that, delete it.

Step 3: After you finish step 2, you should make sure all the Green AV 2009 files are deleted. Make sure you delete these files: greenav2009.exe, install[1].exe, gav.exe.

Tips: This should work for almost everybody but some people are saying that they are still having problems.

Warnings: Make sure you don't delete any other files which will mess up your computer.

Upgrade to the latest version of your virus protector or you could get infected again.
